Fundraising events organised by St Columba’s Hospice are a brilliant way to get involved with supporting their vital work.
There are many fundraising events planned over the next few months raising money for St Columba's Hospice, a Scottish charity that Mark Emlick has supported for years. The events range from glamorous Ladies Lunches to challenging cycling events across Scotland, art exhibitions and pub quizzes! Many of the events are perfect for doing with your family and friends, so get involved and support the Hospice!
St Columba’s Hospice pioneered the modern hospice concept in Scotland in 1977. On a mission to support palliative care education. The Hospice has a 30 bed inpatient unit and a busy outpatients day service, also providing care in the community. Patients have a range of illnesses including motor neurone disease, heart and respiratory conditions, cancer and many more.
The Hospice runs entirely as an independent charity providing care and support to people when they need it most. All services are provided completely free of charge to all patients and their families.
"Small local charities like St Columba's Hospice do vital work to support people when they most need it, I'm glad to have been able to offer my support over the years."
Mark Emlick, Edinburgh born CEO of Consensus Capital Group.
